So Nice to See You! A Meet & Greet for First-time and Rusty Conference-goers
A casual welcome reception. NAISMA and FISC veterans will share their organizations’ stories and traditions, guide you through the can’t-miss conference highlights, and kick off a wagon-wheel icebreaker. You’ll leave with a solid plan for this week AND a few new friends, guaranteed!
Poster Presentations and Reception
Learn about the latest invasive species research from the researchers themselves!
Out & About: Networking Dinners in Ft. Myers
Sign up at the registration table for dinner with fellow attendees in one of Ft. Myers’ or Sanibel Island’s many stellar restaurants, breweries, a yacht experience, and maybe even a board game lair! Dinner and transportation is on your own; transportation may be coordinated by dinner organizers.
Not a Banquet and Awards Dinner
What’s in a name? Not “banquet,” that’s for sure! Somewhere in NAISMA’s history we eschewed a fancy title in favor of a friendly gathering, complete with a cocktail hour, wholesome food and good conversation. Help us congratulate our NAISMA annual awards winners in (casual) style!
