Breakfast with exhibitors will be provided every day in the Palms Foyer.

All field trip participants will receive a box lunch and will be able to take their lunch with them on the shuttles. Box lunches will be provided to all attendees on Tuesday and Wednesday, including attendees of the Annual General Meeting.

Morning and afternoon breaks will include coffee and tea.

Tuesday evening’s Welcome Reception will be held in Gardens Ballroom, adjacent to the hotel. Wednesday’s Not a Banquet will also be held in Palms Pool Deck. Both events will feature a cash bar and complimentary refreshments. Not a Banquet will include a casual dinner.
