Exhibitor Tables
Exhibiting at NAISMA’s Annual Conference is a great way to interact with attendees. Exhibit tables are placed close to where breaks, breakfasts, and box lunches will be held to maximize time with attendees. What an excellent opportunity to tell your organization’s story and spread your message with valuable facetime.
*Organizations must be a 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) for non-profit pricing to apply.

About the 2024 NAISMA Annual Conference
Conference Hotel: The Hilton Garden Inn – September 30th – October 3rd, 2024
The 32nd Annual 2024 NAISMA Conference will be co-hosted with the Montana Invasive Species Council. We expect 350+ attendees from a broad range of backgrounds, invasive species, and natural resource professions to attend from across North America and beyond. This year’s theme will highlight the foundations needed to implement management strategies that work, partnerships that impact diverse geographies, and policy and funding successes that can be tailored to fit your landscape. The program will allow generous opportunities for sponsors and exhibitors to connect with the invasive species management community.
